Overview
Kèr Kstopsviēoníhg was founded durring the late 14th century in winter of the year 1275, by Sē̌s Sé̄b 'Diamond Cherry' Cûf̄̋ch Hāónvë̂ Joīb Qíhgùru Probert. The establishment of Kèr Kstopsviēoníhg was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Kèr Kstopsviēoníhg's construction back out of the project. Sē̌s Sé̄b 'Diamond Cherry' Cûf̄̋ch Hāónvë̂ Joīb Qíhgùru Probert pushed on reguardles, and Kèr Kstopsviēoníhg was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Kèr Kstopsviēoníhg was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Kstopsviēoníhg is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Kèr Kstopsviēoníhg is buildings have been located at convienant points along the rivers Kèr Kstopsviēoníhg was built upon. Navigating the town is therefore a little chalanging as the distance between buildings verris greatly and the narrow baked earthen streets flow where they are able to be made rather than folowing the most convienant paths. The town has a defencive wall made from querried stone. The wall is equipped with a full set of battlments but the nature of its construction methodology leaves it somewhat vulnerable to siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. Kèr Kstopsviēoníhg's cost-cutting-focused defences has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.
A look around Kèr Kstopsviēoníhg is like looking into a university’s plaza on the day before an exam. People rush about to-and-fro. Discarded scrolls and quills are dotted around town. In spite of many locals discussing academic topics, there’s little sign of any organized groups for any of that talk. Infact, the town seems disordered in general with everything scattered helter skelter about.
